Teapot

I finished making the teapot but as I thought it would not fill correctly. The spout was challenging to make along with the handle because it's not easy to use the control points or make the arcs correct. Besides that though, the figure looks similar to what I drew.

    Wonderful work, Aki! It is a great joy to read your blog each week, since you fill it with such excellent material.

    Here is what I'm thinking after reading about your experience - next week let us (and by "us" I mean "you" ;-) start learning to use Inkscape. If you use it to create simple figures bounded by curves, you can study the SVG produced for ideas as to how to best do this by hand.

    Let's give it a try next week.
